The place is peaceful and the room comfortable. The reception bathrooms were dirty and had no toiletries, and the fresh fruit selection could have been better.

I loved everything from the reception to the breakfast—everything was flawless. The location is a bit far, and the check‑in was confusing; it would help to have a scheduled transfer to the site or a map on the website showing the points of interest and the routes to get there.

The family room was spacious, but the bathroom and shower were a bit tight; breakfast was plentiful, and the parking in front of the door plus the hotel’s proximity to the highway were very convenient; using a taxi or the hotel shuttle got us to the city quickly. We didn’t need an alarm in the morning because the music at the pool woke us up, but it was difficult to feel comfortable in the cramped bathroom and small shower.
