“I had very bad experience to stay here & there was no maintenance & rectification of non working heater, AC etc”

I couldn’t find anything worth mentioning, and the place had no maintenance at all.

I asked the staff more than four times for an extra towel for a second person, but they kept saying none were available on their end, and the hot water for the bath was also missing.

The receptionist only spoke English, not Hindi, and refused to give me the GST invoice I’d requested repeatedly; even after showing the proper invoice, he wouldn’t comply. I also asked for air conditioning, but the manager denied my request and wouldn’t change my room.

“Beyond Expectations”

Check‑in was very easy and the staff were cooperative; this is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at, with an extremely clean room, a great selection of amenities, and attentive service. Overall, a fantastic hotel.
