The King Suite – Non‑Smoking provides one extra‑large double bed for two guests. Air conditioning keeps the room climate‑controlled, and a coffee/tea maker together with a microwave are available for in‑room refreshments. Entertainment features a 42‑inch cable TV, a work desk and lounge chair, and the suite includes a hair dryer, ironing facilities and free local calls up to 30 minutes.
The location was quiet and relatively close to Algonquin National Park. The laundry noises were extremely loud in our room until the evening hours.

The price was a bit on the high side, but the place was clean and only a touch dated.

The breakfast was excellent, freshly made with a huge variety, and there was also a large grab‑and‑go selection. Top notch.

The room is large and comfortable, there’s a small pool available, and plenty of outdoor parking. The setup feels like a motel but with good standards and overall quality. Breakfast is simple but offers fresh waffles or pancakes. Excellent value for money.

I stayed at a solid hotel where the breakfast was surprisingly good for Canadian standards, though the plates and cutlery were still plastic and paper. Coffee and cold drinks were available around the clock, and the staff were very helpful. The water pipes, however, were quite noisy.
