Check‑in was self‑service with clear instructions, the bathroom was fresh, and there was shared kitchenware, a washing machine, and a balcony. The noise level was terrible—everything was audible, squeaky doors, rattling bathroom doors, bed creaks with every step, neighbors behind the wall, a bus stop right outside, and the whole area felt uneasy. The huge block smelled of neighborly cigarettes, and there was no air conditioning.

The room was spotless and immaculate, parking was free, check‑in was easy and comfortable, and every time I visit Bologna I gladly return.

The apartment was clean and cozy, but it was just one unit with separate rooms, and the other guests in the adjacent unit were loud while the walls were extremely thin.
