The location was solid, but the resort fell short in many ways. The pools were dirty and the tile flooring was unfinished, which made it look sloppy and unsafe. There were no towels waiting at the front desk, and the sofa‑bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the floor. Construction noise kept waking me up, and staff kept pushing me to buy shares, ruining the relaxed vibe. Overall, it felt like the place was neglected and didn't care about guests.
