This hotel is one of the very few in Karbala/Najaf that keeps up its service quality; I stayed in 2022 and 2026 and each time the service was excellent, with the cleanliness and maintenance teams doing a solid job.

The location was fantastic and I liked the breakfast, but everything else was just okay.

The room had no window, and because the hotel sits inside the Maqam you can’t drive to it—you have to walk about 15 minutes and go through many security checkpoints and scanners.
