Puedo opinar solo de la ubicación, el resto fue confundido porque creía que IVA a otro sitio. La ubicación como digo muy bien, el resto una vergüenza empezando por el ascensor,que no hay, me piden ustedes mis datos y me meten en el palomar que os lo que Hera antes,yo tengo 70 años las habitaciones cuevas, el colchón, sin comentarios,yo no sé cómo se atreven ustedes a preguntar, no sé si están informados que me fui antes de tiempo,nunca más, valla corral y encima en el tejado un cero ,eso que alquilan ustedes no vale ni 10€ la noche. I liked the location, but despite the “economical” price for the time we were there, the quality‑price ratio is poor. The beds and pillows, which are the main things you pay for at 45 €, are awful. The rooms are noisy, especially those next to the bathroom/stairs, making it hard to rest. The building’s layout is awkward and uncomfortable, and the emphasis on profit has turned comfort into a luxury. The AI handling of personal service is disastrous, sending incoherent messages that even eject guests before they arrive, flooding emails with useless info while hiding how to actually enter the accommodation. It’s sad to deal with a poorly managed machine, especially when the “facilities” meant to help middle‑class guests become a problem for those who should be enjoying leisure time.

Very clean and tidy, good location, but the rooms have no proper window coverings, hallway noise is audible, and there is only one curtain that can’t be fully closed for privacy.
