I was disappointed by the sea view that turned out to be just a glimpse, and even though breakfast was supposedly included, the staff told me otherwise upon arrival. The staff seemed uninterested, and it was hard to pay the bill.

Everything was awful. We had booked 2 nights, but when we arrived the receptionist said they only had availability for one night and that I had to cancel my booking (not her). We had booked the room with breakfast included, so the next morning we went to the 8th floor, saw the sign on the elevator, and no one was there, so we went down to reception. Then the receptionist told us they hadn't served breakfast for months and that it was our fault for booking it; she was very rude. When we asked for compensation or a solution she only yelled at us, saying it was our fault. On top of that, the aircon didn’t work well and the bathroom drainage was clogged.
