The staff were super friendly and even prepared a special vegetarian breakfast for me each morning. The gym was out of service for half of my stay, which was a bummer, but everything else was nice. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good and the rooms are simple and clean.

The room is spacious, but the air conditioner in the first room didn’t work, so I had to ask them to move me to another room because I was tired and it was 11 pm.

This place has everything going for it - amazing breakfast, great food in the restaurant, and super friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds, and the location is perfect for exploring, with Duta Mall and the mega town centre mall just a short walk away. There are loads of food options and friendly locals to chat with, no matter which direction you head.

I was really happy with my stay - the hotel's close to the airport, and it's easy to get a taxi online, even early in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I could find something to eat just by walking around. The staff were super helpful, which made a big difference for me. Overall, I didn't have any issues - everything worked out great.
