The location was spot‑on, and you could even park inside the Berat fortress. The directions were clear (watch out, Google Maps can be off). The host was friendly and smiling. The room was a bit small but just right for a short stay. Breakfast on the terrace was good, with a lovely view!

The staff were very kind! The spot was amazing with a stunning view, and parking was right next door. The restaurant’s cooking was delicious. The bathroom was a bit too small for a big shower.

The spot inside the castle is a bit special 😊. The rooms are really tiny, making it hard with large suitcases. The food was so‑so.

The owner was very caring and ready to help. The breakfast and meals were of good quality. It was hard to reach our room on the floor because of my back problems, and the toilet was broken. The owner wasn’t there to fix it.
