The location is excellent, the room is spacious and comfortable. The towels need to be replaced. The box area could use a dispenser or a place to hang or support soap and shampoo, and the floor of the box has mold stains on the grouting – something that could be fixed with simple maintenance (I stayed in another room in the same place and those items were up to date).

I really liked the bed, it was spacious and soft with plenty of pillows. The hotel’s location was excellent. I couldn’t communicate with the host; I sent several messages and called on the day I was there and got no response. I had to pay R$45 for half‑day parking on the day I arrived, and I had to take my car away at 12:00 on the last day and leave it on the street; in the end it wasn’t worth paying more for the room because of the parking hassles, and if the host had answered I might not have spent R$45 on parking the first day since the room had been empty early.

There was a 1 h 45 minutes delay to check‑in because of cleaning delays, and the owner didn’t answer the five calls I made to inform him of the delay.

A excelente localização, gentileza dos funcionários. Com certeza, vou me hospedar novamente. Acho que o check in, out, poderia ser à partir das 13.30 hs
