I found the place in a great spot and it was super comfy, spotlessly clean. The staff were very attentive, parking was easy if you come straight in, but if you go through the front desk first you have to make a big detour. They should have more people at the front desk because the poor guy does everything: lifts luggage, handles check‑in and check‑out, and shows you to the parking. Also, they should tell you where the parking is; it’s literally behind the hotel, but in Xilitla you have to circle around to get there, even though coming straight from the highway is super simple.
