Staff were easy to find and friendly, but at 19:33 I checked in via the app for a room priced at 451,069 VND only to discover the lock was broken and wouldn’t latch, so I reported it to the front desk. About half an hour later they moved me to another room on the sixth floor; exhausted, I followed the instructions without being told whether it was a VIP room or if the rate differed. Because the room numbers (606 and VIP 6) are easy to confuse, I assumed it was an equivalent replacement and didn’t double‑check. At 23:24 the same night the front desk knocked, told me I’d been put in the wrong VIP 6 room, and demanded an extra 400,000 VND because the room should cost over 1,000,000 VND. I paid out of fear, being a solo female traveler. The mix‑up stemmed from unclear room labeling and the hotel’s failure to confirm the new room, so the error was unintentional on my part. They should have sorted it immediately instead of waiting until almost midnight to ask for more money. I felt pushed into a higher‑priced room without transparent information, and although the room was beautiful and spacious, it far exceeded my needs and the hotel’s poor handling left me very uncomfortable. I barely slept that night; after a brief nap I was up at 3 am packing to leave early, leaving me truly disappointed.

This place is a hidden gem. The hotel's serene atmosphere is exactly what I needed after a chaotic week. The rooms are small but spotless, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the lack of nearby restaurants, but the hotel's own restaurant serves decent food, and the staff is happy to recommend nearby takeout options.
