The room was fantastic, with a layout that felt both cool and unique while still being modern and comfortable. The restaurant, however, fell short; my steak was tough and chewy, and many other guests complained about the food as well. When I mentioned it to the waiter after he brought the bill, he simply said he’d remove the service charge, but the service itself was fine—just the food that bothered me. Even the avocado at breakfast had an off taste.

The room was fabulous, boasting a luxurious bathroom and a very comfy bed. The food, though, was overpriced, and while breakfast was okay, the selection felt limited and there didn’t seem to be enough food for all guests, so it took a while to refill some items.
