I was impressed by the friendliness, comfort, and peacefulness, but the entrance road was a bit of a hassle.

The staff were great, very attentive and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm with a solid breakfast, yet several maintenance issues stood out: the pool tiles were uneven, the room fridge was faulty, the bathroom door near the TV was stuck, the showers couldn't maintain a steady temperature, and the bathroom cistern was broken. I think daily housekeeping should be standard, as it is elsewhere, and the pool needs a deeper clean.

The scenery was nice, but the facilities were mediocre: the TV didn’t work, the shower was unusable, and we almost couldn’t get the door opened when we arrived at night.
