The spot is spot on, right beside Kever Rachel and close enough to the Old City, with safe, free parking and a killer balcony. My daughter, as part of a birthday gift, took me to a treat, but when she asked for something the staff either didn’t get the request or simply ignored it, even though we knew they had received it.

Nothing worth mentioning. I spent a few hours in the hotel while a family member passed away, had to leave, and the hotel didn’t care or refund me at all.

Everyone was very polite and helpful, parking was on site, the place was spotless and quiet, with a pastoral view, and it was very close to all the main spots in Jerusalem. Nothing to complain about; it was friendly and rewarding.
