The place was spotless and orderly, and it’s just a short walk to town and a fantastic restaurant, The Redoubt. We enjoyed everything, so there was nothing we didn’t like.

I left a portable charger with the hotel and they reached out quickly, sending it back to me right away – really impressive. The only downside was the tiny drinking cups; I prefer a larger cup of tea 🙂 but otherwise everything was excellent.

The place was spotless, the rooms were spacious and the bed felt incredibly comfy, and we could walk straight into town from our spot.

Right on the main road through Morrinsville, the location was handy and easy to reach; the room was roomy, well equipped, and cozy, and we liked that there was a reasonably priced breakfast menu even though we didn’t end up eating it; we checked out early but the key drop‑box was a nice touch.
