The location, the pool, was very spacious, and the views of the river.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast and meals were very complete and good. The location and cleanliness were fine. There was no partition in the shower, which was uncomfortable because everything got wet. We missed thicker curtains because the sun came in right after it rose, and some mosquito nets didn’t fit properly.
Cleanliness, the staff’s kindness and great planning for the tours around the area and transportation to and from the airport! Great food also!! Thank you!

The place is a paradise, wonderful, everything is very well kept and the staff were truly kind. It’s a very well maintained hotel, the food is also marvelous, I recommend it 100% – it’s the best hotel in Puerto Maldonado. I highlight Maria’s and Richard’s kindness; they were really concerned about my son and me. Everything was amazing.
