The rooms were beautifully finished, stylish, and the vibe was great with amazing beds, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel looked luxurious and was a real eye‑catcher. However, it was very hot in our room and the air‑conditioner struggled to reach a comfortable temperature; we arrived on 1 October and the room was 26 °C, so I wonder how hot it gets in the summer 😅

Good location, the bar was appealing. We booked an apartment in the side building for 4 people. The pictures and description were very appealing, but the reality on site was different. The stairwell entrance was dirty, the apartment was not as equipped as the photos suggested, the sofa was dirty, the wardrobe doors were not wiped, and one bedroom was in a tiny windowless room that wasn’t shown in the photos. The floor was old but clean, and the beds themselves were fine. Overall, the interior did not match the impression given, and we complained immediately. They offered us a free breakfast. In our view, the price‑performance ratio is not justified.

We stayed in a very spacious room that overlooked the church across the road, and the setting in the old convent building with its gorgeous courtyard was lovely.
