The facility is very pretty, in an area that’s not easy to find. The room is very small (we had trouble opening the suitcase). Breakfast was good.

I spotted a beautiful spot in Madeira with a rustic vibe and a great location; the beds were comfy, the private rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, and the garden around the house was lovely. Porto Moniz was just a 10‑minute drive away, where the natural swimming pools are gorgeous. However, there was no staff present—keys had to be picked up in Porto Moniz, and during our stay we never saw anyone. A lady did prepare breakfast, but she barely spoke, so the welcome felt lacking; at least someone should have handled check‑in and check‑out.

The room was cozy and very clean, and the garden was beautiful with fruit trees and flowers. Breakfast was good, served in the common room and its kitchen, which was a very nice space.
