The reception staff were very friendly, and everything else was fine.
Everything was good: warm welcome, clean room, attentive staff. The only downside was the lack of breakfast on site—having to go to another hotel for a meal or buffet.

The hotel is close to shops, clean, and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast is held at a different hotel and that wasn't mentioned.
There was no breakfast on the first day, and a 10‑minute delay was hard to accept after we had already paid; we had to go to another hotel just 5 minutes away for breakfast.
