The room itself was solid – clean, comfortable and exactly what I expected. Everything in it worked fine and it made the short stay pleasant.

“Conturbada”

We liked the spot and thought the price was fair, but arriving late turned into a hassle. The front desk was empty, so we had to hunt for an unlocked door just to get some sleep. The next morning the staff acted surprised we’d shown up and told us the double with pool view we’d booked was “full,” pushing us into a lower‑grade room while still charging the same rate we’d already paid via Pix.

The advertised distance to Araruama’s center was way off – they said 6 km, but it’s actually close to 19 km. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired; the suites and even the public bathrooms showed obvious neglect, with grime and broken fixtures throughout. I wouldn’t stay here again.
