The room was spacious and clean, with towels, extra blankets, a TV, and a shower that had hot water plus a fan and complimentary water bottles; the location was great and it was quiet at night even though the room faced the street. The only issue was the toilet leaking—every time we pulled the lever the water ran and the shower still dripped even with the door closed—aside from that everything was fine.

The location is good, but the room is small, old, and pricey; you can hear all the outside noise, with motorcycles every 2 minutes.

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, super close to the zócalo and the hill; there’s parking, a little balcony in the room, and a fan for hot days. The view is gorgeous! Communication with the staff was excellent—always responded quickly and kindly to every question or concern.
