“食事、お風呂が自然が味わえて、とてもよかった。”
Dinner and breakfast were delicious, the bath area was spacious and relaxing, and the riverside room let us soak up nature. However, the hotel felt like a hidden spot that was hard to reach, the room felt a little cramped for three adults, and the walk from the front desk to the room was long and maze‑like.
“Un moment de pause et de repos apres la ville. Je recommande”
The hotel, tucked into the mountains, was incredibly quiet. The traditional Japanese room felt authentic, and the onsen, though a bit dated, was clean and well maintained with a stunning view—a true relaxation moment. Breakfast was fantastic, and we also dined at the hotel; ordering was done via a machine, confusing at first, but the dishes were great (we tried grilled river fish and sashimi). Worth revisiting if we return to the area.
“Great service after 16 km trekking”
The tatami were nice, the food good, and the services overall were solid. In the lobby, a massage chair is a must‑try, especially after a 16‑minute walk to the onsen. My room let me hear the creek and trees, a pleasant experience; I liked the pillow made from a natural material that smelled nice. Everything was great.
The old‑style Japanese vibe was charming, the food was excellent with meticulous detail, and the onsen was worth the trip—my skin felt softer than ever. A few areas could use a touch of repainting, but not so much that the character of the place changes.
The location was good. The building felt old.
