The staff, especially Thien and his colleague (unfortunately we can’t recall the name), were very professional and provided all the information we needed. The room was very comfortable and spacious, tastefully decorated, as were the rest of the facilities, with a special mention of the pool that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Everything was perfect.

The room was huge and cozy, the staff were very friendly, the patio was pretty and the pool was great. However, there were still some maintenance issues: a door had fallen, the extractor was broken, and the hot water was inconsistent. I saw these problems mentioned in a comment from at least 6 months ago, so they still exist. Despite that, the stay was very enjoyable.
