I booked a queen bed, but the hotel suddenly said the queen beds were all full and forced me to switch to a single bed, and the toilet was outside, which was a real disappointment.

The description said the flat had a TV screen, but I didn't get a TV in the room, which was frustrating.

The room was spacious, but there was no lift.

The place is close to everything. The room is fine, just the water flow is a bit slow. The top‑floor windows let in a little darkness because of the light, so I’d suggest putting blinds up to the ceiling.
