I liked the location and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The lift moved slowly, breakfast was mediocre with limited choices, and the bathroom had a sewage odor.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but on a few occasions the card payment didn't work; fortunately I had enough cash on hand.

Everything is perfect in this hotel; this is actually my second stay at Premium Park Hotel and I love it. It’s a luxurious place with a good view right in the middle of the city, just a 10‑minute walk to Nizami Street. The housekeeping staff are nice and cooperative, and the reception team are very friendly and pleasant. I especially want to thank Mr. Hikmat and Ms. Feda – they’re really nice people. Thank you so much. Nothing is lacking; everything is perfect.
