“Buenas ubicación, zona tranquila, sin ruidos”

I liked the spot near the Palacio de Viana and the nearby blue‑zone parking, and the complimentary breakfast was great. But my room on the ground floor had a lot of dampness, and when I turned on the air‑conditioner, water dripped straight onto the extra bed.

The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay. Its location was very good, close to the train station and the city centre.

“No parece que quieran personas que tengan alguna discapacidad”

I had told them a month in advance that one of our travelers was blind and requested a room with easy access; instead, with two floors and no elevator, they put her on the second floor, forcing her to haul the luggage up the stairs. The staff’s lack of sensitivity toward a person with a sensory disability was precisely the issue.

The hotel’s location made it easy to visit the city centre, and we could store our bikes inside. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. However, the room key card didn’t work, and they hadn’t replaced it yet.
