The bed was comfortable enough to sleep on. I was disappointed with the hospitality, the washroom, and the lack of service in the hotel—no towels, no water, no glasses, no food, not even tea from the restaurant. The bed sheets were dirty and overall cleanliness was lacking, and every excuse we heard made the stay feel worthless for the price we paid two days ago.

There was absolutely no cleanliness; the fan didn’t work, the AC only ran for show, the bedsheet, pillow cover, and quilt were dirty and never changed despite repeated requests, and I even spotted cockroaches in the room. The overall room service and experience were pathetic.

The area was fine and the palace itself was good, but the room wasn’t cleaned, the bed sheets were in very bad condition, and the room smelled awful.
