“En general fue bastante buena y comoda”

I didn’t use the restaurant, but the spot is decent and the staff are pretty good; the room itself is very pleasant. I wouldn’t suggest it for families, though, because it’s not safe for kids to see women at any hour on the corners, even right in front of the hotel.

I really liked that they let us check in earlier than planned, that the staff were very friendly and respectful when we arrived, and that they cleaned the room promptly. The only downside was the noise from a drill during maintenance or remodeling at the hotel, but it was barely noticeable.

This is always my favorite place to stay. The facilities are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Everything is close: the Viaducto metro is right across the street and you reach Bellas Artes in three stops. The only drawback was that I couldn’t stay longer.

Everything was great—location, cleanliness, and more. However, I felt ripped off because the price you see when you book is supposed to stay the same, and it wasn’t. I was charged 2 or 3 days before my arrival, and it was double what I’d seen on the app. I didn’t want to complain because I risked losing a place, but it really blew my budget. If it weren’t for that, I would definitely choose it again.
