The staff were friendly and the breakfast adequate. The apartment was tidy and well equipped, and the Bread Museum as well as the Max and Moritz Mill are worth a visit. The area of Ebergötzen and the accommodation itself have probably seen better days; aside from the mentioned museums there were no other attractions, and the evening dining options were disappointing.

Breakfast was okay, but there was no fresh fruit or tomatoes or anything like that. The house really needs a renovation! The pillows were terrible!

Everything was excellent, the room was spotless, breakfast was superb, and this was my second visit to this hotel.
