“Gerne wieder ….”
The location was great, the owners were very friendly, the little house was clean and had everything you needed, and the breakfast was delicious.
“Incroyable !!!”
The place was quiet, the nature was amazing, and the hikes nearby were great. Dinner and lunch were sensational, the bed was comfy, and the hosts were very welcoming. The only issue was a small problem with the hot water.
The natural surroundings were nice. Unfortunately, we were disappointed and surprised that many people rate this place so positively, even though we had similar expectations. First, I want to emphasize that I was born, raised, and fought for Bosnia during the war. Bosnians are generally hospitable, ensuring guests feel good, often offering more than they have to maintain hospitality and give people a good feeling. Here, all of that seemed forgotten; everything felt commercial, and the host considers himself the best, dismissing everyone else as unworthy with the words: “If you don’t like it, you don’t have to come back.” I usually don’t write reviews and vent on everything, but this time, because of his behavior and statements, I want to warn others. Perhaps it’s because I understand the language and we locals are treated like “other” guests, even though we paid overpriced (for Bosnia) prices. The price‑performance ratio doesn’t add up and is incomprehensible to me. The host is convinced of himself and claims he earns more on a weekend than Dino Merlin, yet complains that he can’t find staff. Cleanliness and hygiene are similarly lacking, especially in the restaurant, kitchen, and terrace. I grew up familiar with Bosnian food and its preparation, but seeing the kitchen with pans full of old grease, plates, cutlery, etc., made me feel sick. I thought maybe they had a bad day, but the next day was worse, so the “eating” aspect was a problem for me.
Sve.od smještaja do hrane.osoblje i vlastniki predivni ljudi.hrana jim je vrh vrhova. stvarno sve pohvale
The staff were kind and the location was superb with a view of the mountains. The bathroom felt a bit old‑fashioned.
