Clean and close to everything. You could hear everything, making it hard to sleep. The ice melted and the container where we were supposed to get ice had no ice machine.

The newly renovated hotel is right by the river and downtown, making it a fantastic choice.

The rooms feel fresh and modern, but the breakfast is very sparse and the free coffee is almost nonexistent; I was also hit with an unexpected guest amenity fee, and there were no drinks—water or otherwise—available at the pool or lobby.
