Miracle Springs Resort and Spa

The AC was cool and there was free parking, but the place was dirty, very outdated, and the bathrooms had mold; the dining table chairs were ripped, the curtains were torn, and the couches were dusty. We were in a non‑smoking room, yet the hallways smelled of cigarettes. We were moved to another room because the first one smelled like vomit and the carpet was soaked.

“We had an OK stay, Wish they could have move us”

I appreciated that the pool was open 24 hours. At 3 AM a roof leak dripped onto our bed; the front desk was empty, so we slept on the other bed—luckily we had two. Water also seeped down the walls, pooling between the wall and paint. I woke early, ate at the restaurant (food was good), but checked out right after because they said they'd fix it; it didn’t feel like a major issue to them. I wish they’d upgraded us or something, so we left early.

The pool was refreshing and had no time limit, and check‑out was super quick, lol. The room they assigned looked okay at first, but the toilet started leaking; they moved us to another room, and that one had a roof leak too, making me question whether any rooms were fully functional.
