The place is right next to the Reina Victoria elevator, so you’re just a step away from some great cafés. The vibe is cozy and the three front‑desk staff I met were friendly and helpful. The only gripe: maybe add an extra blanket to the bed—though we didn’t feel cold, it’s winter after all.

Loved the décor and the friendly people, and the spot is in a good area. On the downside, it was freezing and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. The room also lacked enough artificial lighting.
