The room was large and comfortable, Abi was a wonderful host and very helpful, breakfast was great with plenty of options, the location was nice—just a few minutes’ walk to Torre Abbey and the seafront—and having a fridge, kettle, real coffee, and a cafetiere in the room was a bonus. The bathroom was a bit small, and parking was quite tight, though we appreciated having a space reserved for us.

Abi was an outstanding host who did everything possible for us. The breakfast had plenty of options, and we chose the cooked breakfast, which was really good. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, with the beach, town, and restaurants all within easy reach. Abi let us check in early and even kept our luggage for us on our last day. We only met Andy when we collected our bags. The place is very dog‑friendly, offering dog towels, accessories, and even a sausage for the pup at breakfast. Fans were available in the room for hot nights. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. The first night was sweltering because of the weather, making it hard to sleep; we used both fans, which helped, but the old building on the second floor was to be expected. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly, so it might be linked to other rooms.

Abi was an amazing host from the moment we booked until we left, with excellent communication and plenty of help. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The rooms are fully equipped, and Abi is always ready to give advice on local spots and activities. The only downside is that the rooms are heavily sound‑proofed, so you can hear people outside your room.
