The old building is very interesting, but climbing the stairs to the second floor with luggage is tough because there’s no elevator.

The room and cleanliness were good, but two floors up by stairs and no lobby mean the four‑star rating doesn’t match.

The location is great, just a short walk from the palace and far enough away that the noise isn’t a bother. The staff’s friendliness and hospitality deserve a perfect 10/10. There’s a well-stocked supermarket right next to the hotel that proved handy on several occasions.
