The staff were friendly. The pool wasn’t heated, which should have been mentioned.
The staff were kind and courteous, always ready for anything. The cleaning wasn’t the best.
The room was good, and when there wasn't hot water they upgraded to a suit which was perfect for our first night as a married couple. They charged an extra $22 because I mistakenly selected 1 guest instead of two. The staff Saad was kind and friendly
