Pulita, accogliente, insonorizzata, a due passi dal centro storico di Nicotera. Della struttura nulla tutto perfetto, l'unica pecca che ho riscontrato è che il paese non è servito per niente, per raggiungere il mare se non hai la macchina prendi il pulmino della Regione, 3 orari 8-11-13:30, peccato che per ritornare in paese l'ultima corsa è alle 14.30

It was wonderfully quiet! Everything was perfectly clean and the location was nice. In the historic center, which isn’t very big, evenings are very lively and a lot is organized. A supermarket is around the corner. Unfortunately, the common area has no air‑conditioning, which would have been nice, but it’s a tiny detail.

A beautiful spot in an old building, close to the central square where evenings are always lively. The room was adequate, and from the balcony we could see the sea. Air‑conditioning, a large kitchen at our disposal, everything was great. Breakfast at the café with a lovely view, tasty coffee and croissant. The bed could have been a bit better. For those traveling by train—note that the road is very uphill, and trains are always late.
