We couldn't check in before 3 pm, even though other hotels let us sign in early if the room was ready, and there was no breakfast offered.

I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, like the comfortable and clean bed, and the friendly staff. However, I wasn't too fond of the location, which didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

I was really let down by this hotel, as I'd been told it was a no-smoking establishment, but when I arrived, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a major disappointment and made my stay unpleasant.
