The host was very friendly, and since it’s a farm holiday you don’t expect luxury, I appreciated the hospitality and the cozy outdoor corners; especially the dog Knut immediately snuggled up to me. The shared bath was very small, and having to eat breakfast alone in your room felt a bit disappointing—especially when traveling solo, those moments are when you’d like to chat.

It was absolutely wonderful—everything from the location and the animals to the room and the host felt perfectly harmonious and incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely return, and my dog also seemed very happy.

Even though I stayed just one night, the host was welcoming and accommodating, the house was clean, homely, and cozy with tasteful décor, and the surrounding nature was beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast was tasty, and I’d consider staying here again if I travel along the Mosel in the future.
