The people who helped us on site were very polite, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In the first chalet the towels and pillowcases showed clear signs of use, as if they hadn’t been changed, so I complained and was moved to another room; there the linens were clean but extremely worn, with holes in the pillowcase and sheet. The floor wasn’t clean either, with dirt and dead insects in the corners. The chalet wasn’t heated— the air didn’t get warm and there was no hot water in the bathroom, which matters in such a cold region. The place looks beautiful from the outside and the staff are courteous, yet the cleaning needs more attention.

Host Domingos was very attentive and kind, meeting the guests’ needs. The team was wonderful (Nana, Andréia, Mário) and all the others. The people were amazing and super welcoming. I went for work with my baby and it was wonderful, the place is incredible. Immersion in nature. I will return many times.

The room was clean and organized, and Nana and the owner were super attentive; access was easy, so I highly recommend it.
