I was really disappointed. The facilities were run-down, basic, and lacking detail. The worst part was the check‑in: even though the posted hours were 15:00 to 23:30, nobody was there when we arrived. The person in charge tried to give us instructions over the phone in Italian or English. When I asked her to send them in writing so I could translate, she told me to call again, but she never showed up. We only managed to get in thanks to a neighbour’s help; otherwise we would have been locked out. The next day, instead of apologising, she blamed us for not speaking English, citing globalisation. There was no professionalism, empathy or customer care. I do not recommend this place.
