“Overall I never recommend to someone else to book this hotel”
The location was perfect—right in front of the beach—and the lounge area was lovely with a great seating plan that let us enjoy the view easily. The room was small but clean. The staff were rude: we booked two rooms, one for us and one for my brother, his wife, and their ten‑month‑old son, but when we asked for a baby cot the receptionist said sorry, we can’t arrange it because we didn’t mention the baby, which is unacceptable. We also asked for a fan because the room was hot, but she said we can’t afford it because there are too many guests and we already gave most fans to them. We spent the night in a hot room, and the next day at about 10:30 the staff lady opened our door without knocking and told us it was check‑out time—how could she open the door without knocking? We had a DND sign on the door, so it was a terrible experience overall.
