The place is only good for its location. The facility feels old, towels were insufficient, and the bed linens were lacking.

There was no breakfast. No toaster, no chopping board, shower head was spaying water onto the wall. I was in room one and the noise was heightened by couple having sex late at night, there wasn't any sound inhibitors on the floor upstairs, maybe you should spend a night with guest above room one. The mattress was past its used buy date, you should try sleeping in room one

Clean but honestly too clean. There was no furniture, no hand soap, no towel in second room (just a bath mat to dry off), very little toilet paper, no hand towels, no rug or bath mats in first room, no sheets in second room (had to request a fitted sheet for the cot), no top sheets, only 2 pillows for 3 guests. This was not even the property mentioned in the listing.

After i made the booking and advised the landlord my friend was coming i send my friend by taxi to the unit , i was contacted later and told sorry we cannot provide the unit because the previous guest damaged the unit! They forgot to notify . they suggested they had another room elsewhere in vancouver and i told them my 86 year old friend just traveled from europe and was exhausted . They did not offer transportation to the other room and then cut off the phone call.
