The bedroom felt like a charming cottage, the village location let us watch the racehorses in the morning, the cooked breakfasts were amazing, and I highly recommend it.

We adored our time at the Castle Tea Rooms, especially the hosts Sharon and Ken who prepared a superb breakfast, and both we and our dogs felt right at home; we’ve already booked another visit. The only downside was how hot it was inside, so a bedroom fan would have made it flawless.

The owner did a lot for us, but the stairs from the ground floor to the bedroom are very steep, which would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.
