“If you can tolerate a heavily-processed breakfast, it's a great place to stay.”
The bed was comfy and the room was spacious enough for me. The breakfast was disappointing: scrambled eggs weren’t on the menu every day, biscuits, gravy and sausage were over‑processed, yogurt ran out one day, and they didn’t serve cartons of milk.

The bed was quite comfortable, but the noise level was high because many kids were roaming freely and playing ball in the lobby.

On the day we arrived we stopped to double‑check the address because our GPS was leading us elsewhere; the front desk girl was very helpful and reassured us that we were at the right place. Later, a different staff member checked us in, saying updates were underway, and handed us a first‑floor room. Walking in, the smell was musty and stale, not clean or airy. We’d chosen a mid‑priced room hoping it’d be tidy, but the decor was poor: a single lounge chair in a corner and an empty wall opposite, no dresser or desk. The Holiday Inn brand usually does well, but that morning I saw something on the floor—without my glasses I reached for it with a Kleenex and found a cockroach. My husband stepped on it; we left it there for the staff to see, but the front desk kept leaving, so we just left our cards.
“Upon complaining about the jetted tub not working, we were told we could move to another jetted tub room the next mornin”
