After staying at HHIs for years, this was the worst ever.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hourly was hard to find from the road. I didn't see a Holiday Inn sign until I actually drove around the building

The conveniences and location were good, but the USB ports were broken and there was no coffee maker. I had to ask for one if I wanted one.

The breakfast was decent, nothing out of the ordinary. The building had only one elevator and it was broken; the clerk claimed he had tried to reset it but it still wouldn’t work. We had to climb the stairs for a long time, and as we were leaving we heard another staff member talking on the phone with a technician who was guiding her through a fix. Not a single elevator door on any floor was marked “OUT OF ORDER.”
