Tyler at the front desk went above and beyond; he was pleasant, helpful, and an excellent problem solver. Some rooms had the AC turned off for winter, so Tyler moved us to a more comfortable room.

Breakfast was great, and I could use the cafe afterward. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a bit small, but still comfortable.

The location was wonderful. The place is clean, but the facilities are old, and the beds are also old—too soft, causing back pain.

During this trip to the U.S. for a Michigan University event, the hotel’s location was excellent. Breakfast featured warm scrambled eggs, sausage, and other light, warm foods that suited my taste. On the last day I asked for a car to the airport, and they handled it very kindly. The shower was the only U.S.-style amenity; as a Japanese guest, I would have liked a washlet.
