“Don't waste your time reserving online if they won't honor the reservation upon arrival.”

We booked online only to be denied entry because the property had already rented it out to someone else. We had sent messages for airport pick‑up and even called ahead when we arrived at the airport, but the property never replied or returned our calls. The staff was rude when we showed our booking on site and refused to honor our cheaper online reservation. I would never recommend this place; they wasted our time and mistreated us instead of communicating professionally or canceling our booking beforehand.

“The fee asked for in person was different from the fee advertised here - on booking.com”

The fee they asked for was different from the fee advertised here, but the actual fee turned out to be the same as listed in the advert.
